TEA FROM MENGKU

Our Yunnan white tea comes from mountain gardens over 1,500 meters (about 4,900 feet) above sea level. Using traditional Yunnan methods, the leaves are naturally withered and gently air-dried in the shade — with no pan-firing or rolling. This careful process preserves the tea’s active compounds, bringing out its fresh, delicate character.

Flavor  

The dry tea leaves carry a fresh floral and fruity aroma. Once brewed, the fragrance transforms into a delightful honey-sweetness and a delicate "downy" aroma, sometimes accompanied by a subtle hint of elegant orchid.
