We accept returns for products that are:

In original packaging

Reported within 20 days of your purchase

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for items that have been opened, used, or damaged through normal or improper handling.

Include your order number and return reason

All returns must be approved by our team before being shipped back

Please include your order number and full name inside the return package

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged

📦 Damaged Items

We take care in packing your order, but if your product arrives with a physical defect or breakage:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cloudytreetea.com

Include clear photos of the damage

Outer box dents or creases are not considered product damage

Approved cases will receive a free replacement
